Harvey's / Swiss Chalet - Bracebridge

I go to swiss chalet alot and the bracebridge one is the best !! Always consistent never had a bad meal there and the service is great

Swiss Chalet has really gone downhill over the last 6 months.We had gone 6 times in a row and been told they did not have any white meat but had lots of dark. Each time we settled for dark or ordered something else. We decided to give it one more shot and guess what???? Once again no white meat. Since all previous times I was disappointed after choosing something else, we got up and left. It will be a long time before I go there again! No point in going to a place that specializes in chicken if you can't get 1/4 chicken breast dinner.

My daughter and I stopped here for dinner. We went to the Harvey's side for take-out but I was still able to order a 1/2 chicken dinner. Service was good. Not as cheap as it was in the past, but what is. The big thing is, the food is consistently yummy!

The warst meal ever ! Ribs were cold and tasted like wormed up for second or third time . Hamburger looked like a shoe soil . Soup barely warm . No one to great at the door. Waitress did not ask if we need a booster seat for 3 years old . General experience below 0!

This place is brutal. Walked in at 7:20 , I wanted to order 3 quarter chicken (dark) and 1 quarter chicken (white). First, I was told it was going to be a 20 min wait and they had no white meat? This, while being called brother after every time the person spoke. It seemed as though they wanted me to leave? Unbelievably bad customer service and poor food. If you have ever had good customer service or enjoy Swiss Chalet food, don't go to this one. Just don't.
