The Parkway Cafe - Boulder

I've been coming here for years. I love so many things in this place. First off, the food is classic cafe food with many items with a Mexican/Colorado-Drill. When you look around, absolutely every dish looks perfect. Second, the service. You will not find a better service in Boulder. The waitress here is top notch, friendly, efficient, helpful and friendly. Third, the vibe! Remember, if you grandparents would take you to their favorite café, the same they visit once a week without failing. This is the place where all old people in Boulder are common. And mixed among them, you will also find the young people who have come to appreciate the old fashion version of hospitality in a city that grew up and seriously urban real fast. Also, so grateful for the affordability! This is one of the few places in Boulder where you have no $60 breakfast bill! Make yourself a favor and go to the Parkway. Mexican Hash Browns is my way.

Very good! The parkway potatoes are delicious and so are the omnilets. They also offer horchata I love. The staff are great, although they can seem quite eager. The prices are fair and the food comes fast. If you arrive early enough, they have a nice early booking special.

Parkway is one of the most authentic and delicious breakfast/brewery/lunching places in Boulder. Definitely recommend if you have a mixture of hispanic taste and delicious breakfast. The plate sizes are large portions with affordable prices. Feels like a place!

Top NOTCH food and service. Everyone inside is a real professional and I can't stress how tasty and hearty the portions are. I come from British Columbia and this place is a must when I'm down. A truly hidden gem, cozy to boot.

Always delicious, friendly, and quick! I highly recommend a breakfast to-go burrito, bacon, sausage, and hash browns rather than plain potatoes.... Trust me you won't regret it!
