Fusionario - Bogotá

We went here three times a week when we lived in chapinero and had the best dinner before! The whole food was delicious and the Marley and I cocktails were sensational. A shot of Tequila or two and you were ready for a night in town! Back to Colombia in the near future (we hope) and this is close to the first on the list. Thanks Fusionario!

I really wish I could go back, but I live in Scotland now. Great place. Amazing food and the cocktail “Marle and I” is delicious!

We went to have dinner and the whole experience was fantastic. The food was amazing, we had a type of Lamb with Indian sauce and great coctails. The service was good and price was ok. We want to go again!

This is the place I would keep coming back to if I could. We dined her 2-3 times during our 10 day stay and recommended this to others. Everyone had an amazing experience with the service and the food. It was fun fusion food and...each new thing was delicious. I loved the tapas, and enjoyed the beef and cheese tapas. But whatever someone suggested, we tried and loved.

This was one of the first restaurants we rushed to in Bogota after reading the reviews. And we were very disappointed by the food. From tasteless appetizers to equally poor tasting mains, we can not recommend this place. The beef ribs were too fatty and barely had any meat, and the bamboo fish dish was barely edible. Perhaps the chef changed? Also, there is practically only outdoor seating (with one table inside), which made for a very chilly dining experience in December.
