Boston Market - Boca Raton

Amazingly courteous, efficient, service .Restaurant was clean Food was good. Thanks so much! . Best Boston Market I've been to ....here they were on top of their game.:

Ordered from active menus for pick up. Bbq chicken ordered with extra sauce on side, chicken came plain. Mashed potatoes ordered with gravy on side, potatoes came with gravy on top. However, most disappointing was that corn bread was absent.

The actual charge was $140.22 (including a tip) but my credit card was charged $141.22 as if 15 side orders of sweet potato was not expensive enough.

We've been going to this Boston market for a long time but lately it's been a hit or mis on the food one time the food had no taste then the next time good but this last time corn bread was a hockey puck chicken no flavor corn was stale and my favorite sweet potato was like I can't describe Mac was okaaay basically everything was old I don't know if I'll go back and on top of that everything inside looks like it's not being taken care of... It sucks Boston market food is good when done right!!

I came in here two hours before the place was closed and tried to order two different things on the menu and the person behind the counter insisted he didn't have either. I think that's kind of insane to have multiple things not be available on the menu two hours before the restaurant is closed. And the guy insisted that they were closed even though they close at 10 PM and it was 830. This might be the worst service I've ever seen at a chain restaurant.
