Restaurant bewertenI will say it was ok it wasn't great by far but service was good. The drink machine was not working properly and the place is in dire need of makeover updating the facilities. The grease you could hadn't been filtered of changed properly by the look and taste of the food.
6 employees standing around doing nothing with a line in the lobby. Mostly kids kids working there with horrible attitudes. One young lady was scratching her head with out gloves on.My order was a mobile order to be picked up thru the drive thru at 534pm. I was informed after sitting in the line for 15 minutes that I could NOT pick up my order thru the drive thru but had to come inside. Once inside with the same nasty attitude I was informed that my order wasn't even ready. It was now 5:56pm. When I questioned the Mgr on duty he said it was above his pay grade.

I pulled a trailer and couldn't pierce the drive. the dame in the window saw this and moved me to move directly into the window where she took my order and took care of me. she was super nice and we were joking and continued to wear while waiting on my bird to be cooked. it was very good. a positive person who runs a drive today is just as important to me as eating. she made the whole experience a joy and I will be there regularly from now on
Manager roosevelt was a great server and manager in 5 points west birmingham, alabama. he treated every customer with respect and care. after he has his customers out and well satisfied, he has every one of us with words of everything in order. when he attacked me, he said that everything is in order ma.'
