Restaurant bewertenDon't do it. Their washroom is filthy, the food is poorly put together ... managers screaming at workers DONT bother.
I visited this location a couple of times while staying near Berwick. It was rarely clean and the staff couldn’t remember what I ordered each time and still got it wrong once despite me only ordering two things. There seems to be a large contingent of teenagers who frequent this location and are loud when their there and leave quite a mess when they leave. I did not ever see an employee cleaning up anything. But my maple donut was still tasty, so there is that.
I visit here once a year and have noticed that the restaurant has been gradually improving. This year the washrooms are working and are clean and the restaurant in general looks better. The service is much improved it was fast and accurate. Better selection of baked goods. Part of a chain, this Tim's offers the same menu as the rest of the restaurants in the chain sandwiches, muffins, donuts, coffee, tea and cold drinks, etc. It is a very busy place but seating is usually available. There is no drive through.
This Tim's location serves the same menu as the other restaurants in the chain. It is smaller compared to the majority of other locations. The staff is friendly and accurate with orders, which is a positive aspect. The restaurant appears to have undergone some cleaning since my last visit, but it still lacks the modern, spacious feel of the newly renovated Tim's. Overall, it is simply another typical Tim's restaurant.
Every franchise in the chain offers the same menu, but what sets them apart is the staff and service. Unfortunately, this particular Tim Hortons consistently falls short in comparison to others I have visited. The restaurant is dimly lit, service is slow (though not as unfriendly as it was last year), and the availability of the washrooms is questionable. There always seems to be a group of lingering individuals as well. If you find yourself craving Tim Hortons, this location may be your only option in town. However, coming from a place where there are five Tim Hortons along a 3.5 km stretch of one street, I have grown accustomed to exceptional service and have been somewhat spoiled by comparison.
