Wendy's - Belgrade

My burger had hair all over the pattie. Will definitely not be going back!

This place sucks they consistently screw up orders or leave stuff out entirety.

Been here twice now. Food comes out fast and hot, and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Whoever Katie is at the Belgrade Wendy 's is horribly rude. She states she 's the manager but when I got all the way home after I was told my entire order was there after going through the drive through, and called, she was awful and rude, called me lady and told me there was nothing she could do for forgetting my order. I let her know this is stealing and she took my money and she needed to refund my card but she refused stating I would have to go back in, unfortunately that wouldn 't work for me. I have never been spoken to by a manager that way before, especially when the error was their fault. The reviews for Belgrade Wendy 's are correct, please beware. And yes, I usually check my order before leaving the drive through but the guy was rushing me and I had a lot so I simply asked, are you sure it 's all there, including bbq sauce? He replied yes , I said thank you, believed him and went home.

Always a friendly drive through staff and fresh food.
