Waffle House - Beavercreek

Friendly staff. Service was amazing. Food comes out quick. What more can you ask for.

This was the most pleasant waffle house experience ive ever had. Super nice staff, clean, and very speedy service. Had a full meal from sit down, to walking out less than 20 minutes

Took 30 minutes to get a waffle and sausage. There were only eight customers in the place. Servers seemed new, did not really have a grasp. Someone asked for soup the server asked the cook he told them they are supposed to prep the soup. Anyway the waffles were very thin not like they normally are.

Cold coffee . The manager argued that it came out of the same pot as the hot coffee . A lot more was said, but the customer is always right. Why argue over a cup of coffee. Bad reflection on guests from Tennessee . Butter wouldn't melt on waffle, so it was not hot either.

One waitress. One cook. 4 total customers in entire restaurant. Had to ask for drinks long after order was given. Her reply was oh yeah . Had to ask for refills despite cup being sat in plain view, elivated on napkin dispenser. She walked by maybe 5x before I just ended up asking. Then a Menu item was forgotten off plate but the cook made it right, and I was greatful. The Waitress was 100% in her own little world....like you had 2 tables so was very confused on the complete lack of service?
