Party of 8 plus one child. We were seated at 530 long before it got busy and our party ordered around 545. We watched tables around us who came in after our party get their orders and leave while we continued to wait with no check-ins from our waitress. We had to wait a full hour and 15 minutes (with a hungry toddler) for our food, and then the kitchen missed my order and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes before getting my order, well after our party was finished eating. Food wise the whitefish Reuben, regular Reuben and the beef dip were good but my rushed shamrock burger was not worth the wait at all. Unsure if that was because it was rushed or if it's just not that good. Not a single apology or explanation was given for the long wait or missed order until one of our party asked what happened to the missed order.
