Chocolateria san churro - Bankstown

I'm not sure if the manager David looks after all tables personally, but having been here twice now - I've come to expect it now after being spoiled with the great friendly service from he and his team. There's so much to love about the menu, from the Shared Plate Chocolate Tapas which are quite pretty to look at, to the Chocolate filled Churros Filled and devastatingly seductively topped funnel cakes! The menu is sweet tooth heaven. On this visit, I opted for the San Churro sundae. Oh my god - this has all of my favorite bits from the menu!!! Scoops of Dark, Milk & White chocolate ice cream with choice fudge brownie pieces and chocolate fudge. The melted milk chocolate starts to freeze from the icy temperatures if you're a slow eater like me and half the fun is breaking through those rich textured shards!!! This was actually the first San Churro I went to last year and it's set the tone of every other store I've visited in the city and around out west, so it was great to come back again.

A wonderful place for desserts located in Bankstown Sports Club. It was still quite busy for a weekday evening and quite a few families and friends getting their sugary fix! They offer many variations of churros but they offer way more than that including cakes, truffles, macarons, ice creams and sundaes, and funnel cakes. They also have a massive list of hot and cold drinks too. The churros come out hot and crispy with a dusting of cinnamon sugar. The share plates are a sight to behold and look too nice to eat.
