Bob Berts - Ballymoney

It's a very good chain restaurant, this one is very flavorful, and it has local characteristics. There was already a lot of Christmas vibe in November, it felt very warm and there were plenty of options. There are also special recommendations for the season. Food are refreshing, the coffee is delicious, it's nice to chat with friends inside. cold outside, warm inside, well, it's comfortable. Recommend.

Didn't get what was ordered due to 2 similar meals on menu was refunded and offered the correct meal but one meal already eaten so other meal would have taken more time

Not awesome on today 's visit. One of our party ordered a breakfast soda and specifically requested the soda toasted, this order was accepted. The food was brought to the table and the server was asked to confirm it was toasted to which they replied, 'we can 't do that, it was fried with less oil ' and the food was handed over with no apparent come back. If the order could not be fulfilled we could 've been told and allowed the opportunity to select something else. Then to add insult toast was brought to the table next to us

The coffee wasn't great came out lukewarm and was overly strong even though asked for less shots to be out into it. Didn't have any food but they offer a few gluten free options not many
