Mama Arifa - Bacup

This is my favorite place I've never needed to go anywhere else my pizza Americano is always amazing the shop always takes the time to read your requirements and the chicken shawarma kebab is so delicious fresh salad lots of sauce value for money and lovely friendly driver

Called my order through for collection. A £14 Turkish kebab and they didn't include the Nan. The sauce is half the size of YESTERDAY The actual tub, I compared it to the one I had left over from yesterday. They said they would deliver me the Nan. It's now 32 minutes since I called them and still no bread. Stone cold meat going in the bin. Won't be going again. Did send a slice of chocolate cake with the nan to compensate 46 minutes after I called them but the kebab was inedible by then.

Cannot fault this place, the food is amazing, the service is fantastic. We moved house but stayed local to bacup and ordered from mama Arifa quite a lot and never had a bad experience. We stopped eating out for a couple months but decided to order some food tonight while we was going to the shop to save time once getting home. I honestly can say tonight reminded me why we chose to eat from there because again they haven’t failed at provided great food. We collected it but was offered delivery if we wanted to go home instead of waiting. The driver is such a genuine nice person which I think is the owner.
