Saigon Bistro - Aurora

This was our first time ordering from Saigon Bistro. We tried pho tai, combination noodle bowl, sesame huh, grilled escargot, and passion fruit lemonade. The escargot was difficult to eat as it was too chewy. Overall, it was not a good experience for us. The sesame huh had a good flavor but was too crispy. The passion fruit lemonade was not enjoyable. However, the pho tai and combination noodle dish were decent.

The pho was tasty. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Prices were on par with other restaurants.

This will always be one of my favorite places when we visit Denver. Best egg rolls Ive ever had in my life! I get the combo noodle bowl. Weve been going here since it was Kim Ba on Havana street. Its still the same taste, from what I understand the same family, just new and nicer decor. Cant go wrong.

On 3/3/22, I visited this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food matching the price. I ordered the combo 36a, which included delicious egg rolls and shrimp. I also tried my mom's tofu and found it to be quite tasty. Despite expecting a slow service during the lunch rush, I was impressed by how quickly our food arrived. I will definitely be returning to try more items from their menu.
