Dantanna's Downtown - Atlanta

We had reservations and arrived with plenty of time before our concert at State Farm Arena. After ordering our food, we waited for about 30 minutes before our server informed us that the kitchen was backed up. They said it would take an additional 20-25 minutes before our food, a salad and a burger, might be ready. With the concert starting soon and expected security lines at the arena, we decided to cancel our food order, pay for our drinks, and leave without dinner. It was disappointing that the restaurant couldn't accommodate their customers, especially since this was not the first event at the arena.

Called to let them know traffic was unusually bad from rain last Saturday night. They refused to hold our reservation for an extra few minutes. Plenty of empty tables upon arrival. Service very slow. Took 40 minutes to get our food which was meh. Asked for condiments which never arrived. Not a great experience.

Our waitress was rude and caused us to have a horrible time.

I had a wonderful experience at Dantanna's. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Despite encountering heavy traffic and road closures, causing me to be late for my reservation, the restaurant still accommodated my party of 4 graciously. I absolutely recommend Dantanna's to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

The only reason why people eat here is because it is close to the dome and arena. I would never eat at this place again. Awful. My wife and I were going to a concert at the adjacent arena so we decided to eat here. Bad mistake. The restaurant was half empty but it took 20 minutes to get the drink we ordered when the waitress finally greeted us after we had been seated for 10 minutes. It took an hour for our food to be delivered which was not what we asked for. My wife asked for a well done burger with sweet potato fries and her burger was presented with a red middle and regular fries. We also asked/paid for avocado on the side however it was on the burger. The burger was removed from our bill so my wife went and ordered a burger from BurgerFi inside the CNN center. Our server was sweet but this place was terrible. Never go here. Food is below average. Service is way slow. You are better off eating at a fast food restaurant inside the CNN center. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.
