Little Caesars Pizza - Ashtabula

The pizza is great and ready for pick up quickly. When they say it's hot and ready, they mean it.

I have had mixed experiences at this unique little Caesar's restaurant. Sometimes the pizza is great and is made quickly, while other times I have received a pizza with hardly any sauce and had to wait an hour past the pickup time. I appreciate the convenience of ordering online and using the pizzeria portal for pickup; they send an email with a code to unlock the door and notify me when the order is ready.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the small Caesars location inside Kmart. We had never had any issues with their pizza before, but this time it came out raw and uncooked. When I called to complain, I was told that the pizza had been cooked for 12 minutes, but it was still raw. I tried again with a different pizza, but it was also undercooked. I will not be ordering from there again and I am very disappointed with how my complaint was handled.

They are a joke I have put an application to work and I have called to check on it, and they are only intelligent with me and tell me the gm with looking at them tomorrow and give them a call, but that has not happened, they do not put me the gm dating my brother and they hate themselves, but there is not that right for the gm that right, not on my application bcz from high school they must grow

Absolutely ridiculous service or lack. Tuesday afternoon, nothing really going, much personal, most of them too busy, being loud and on their phones. when a company outsources to provide services, they should ensure that these customers also take care of them. we as drivers are those who have to do with annoyed customers because no one answers the phone in the load. had to wait 20 minutes for two pizzas, what was hot and ready?.
