Abbiamo deciso di provare un piatto diverso dalla solita pizza. Non avevamo mai mangiato in un ristorante vegano o vegetariano. Siamo stati tutti e tre entusiasti! La proprietaria, molto preparata, è riuscita a preparare delle tapas molto particolari, abbinandole con vini tipici del territorio Canavesano. Consigliamo questo locale a chiunque sia stanco dei soliti piatti o semplicemente voglia mangiare in modo sano.

Pranzo all'insegna del cibo vegetale, sapori ottimi, porzioni abbondanti, impiattamento curato, servizio veloce, locale carino. Un vero esempio di come i piatti vegetali possono essere buoni, nutrienti, saporiti al pari quelli carnivori (detto da una persona onnivora). Assolutamente da provare se siete a Ivrea.
