Starbucks - Anchorage

Normally no problems. Always friendly, helpful and with tasty drinks. Today I found out they had bagels on the app to order so I checked that out...options where set to ?warmed?. Eww, no. So I set it to ?not warmed? and went about my business. Everything was perfect but the bagel was not only warmed but toasted and now crunchy and hard and the cream cheese I ordered was mostly liquid from being in the same bag with it. So...don?t order the bagel unless you want it ruined and everything else is great.

I like this Starbucks compared to the others in town. Its roomy, and updated and clean. They actually aren't that short staffed compared to other places which is really is nice considering I have worked as a partner before. Drinks are pretty average, its Starbucks, their merch is cute, but other than that it's just Starbucks. This one specifically is kept clean.

Had a really great experience and warm greeting when I pulled up to the drive thru line this past Sunday. I love the video screen that lets you see the person while they are talking to you. Morgan was my barista and had a nice smile and seemed to genuinely care when she asked how my morning was going. This is the best Starbs location I?ve been to in Alaska. Great job to the management team!

Google says open until 9:00 PM- arrived at 8:15pm and they?re closed!

My pups and I love coming to this Starbucks. The staff knows us now, they're all extremely friendly, and their drinks are delicious! My pups love their pup cups too!
