Mcdonald's - Anchorage

McDonald's is always good for a quick bite... her drive thru microphone or employee doesn't listen well. 2nd time extra item in bag also loaded for this item... 1. Mix with my order. Ordered 2 Sausage McGriddles and received 1 and the other was a Chicken Patty McGriddle. always order 2 of the same article. strange how that was mixed..

Convenient for a quick $0.50 ice cream cone after a shopping trip to Wal Mart. Staff is always friendly. Once you've been to one McDonald's you've been to them all in terms of selection and variety. This one is maintained well by the employees

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was poor; my son received only six fries in his happy meal, and the staff were quite rude. They also forgot to include his drink with the meal, which made him really upset. When I returned to place an additional order, the cashier rolled her eyes at me. Overall, I won’t be coming back here again; I’d prefer to wait and drive to McDonald's instead.

Dining here was quite disappointing. I ordered two McDoubles, and it felt like they were preparing them for hours. I can't fathom how they took so long for such a simple order. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for someone to throw some old burgers into a bag and just hand them to me. To avoid a potential food poisoning risk, it's best to just go to the McDonald's down the street.

I wouldn't recommend going back. The staff often gets the orders wrong, and the front staff can be snobby. They even speak in a foreign language to older women as if I were in a nail salon—smiling, but their smiles don't seem genuine. This time, I had a simple dinner with apple slices, which was easy enough not to get wrong, but overall, the experience was disappointing.
