Carl's Jr. - Anchorage

Went through the drive-through it was very late around 10pm there was a small line of cars 2 or 3. It was pretty slow to get to the window after ordering. I got to say the burger was awesome. The fries were eh just fries. But aside from ice in my soda when I asked for non our order was spot on the kid at the window was friendly and pleasant.

Totally gave me the wrong order. And it was unsatisfactory. My correct order, I couldn't believe it but it was freaking cold as well pretty much So I was thirsty and got a large Coke I figured they Would comp. It. anyway i hopeo get their service together Cause it has that the potential to be good

They can maybe be easily five stars when they have a complete staFF/crew that's been there and knowledgeable and have a good work ethic, and that is sometimes but it being a busy fast food restaurant with a high employee turnover rate, it can sometimes feel like a chaotic training ground. Yet, with it's convenient central midtown location with different businesses in every direction, and it's nicely sized parking lot and indoor dining areas and it's brightly colored attire usually kept nice and tidy given the amount of customers coming and going solo or in parties to either; dine-in and sit down and eat at a table, eat in their vehicle s in the parking lot outside or just to order and pick up through the drive-thru and drive and eat elsewhere : to me are five stars. The only thing for me that brings it down to four but not always is trained/knowledgeable staFF and the too often seemingly random quality of the availability of menu items and their presentations. Yet sometimes just great... ...yet if i go there and it stays weLL and consistent consecutively 4-5 times in a row and i'LL up my rating and edit my coMMent... They are a little pricey but they are quite fiLLing. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids meal and it's fiLLing and tasty too.Parking: Quite spacious almost never fuLL yet almost always occupied. C:

Girlfriend was pregnant and wanted Carl's Junior french fries and of course I had to get some. Only thing I disliked was they closed the lobby doors 12 minutes earlier than their posted time for the lobby doors to

Manager was rude and impatient. i worked fast food too and i know it’s not easy but i never go to a place twice if someone acts like a b-word. saw two tweakers walk in and that same manager (instead of kicking them out) started chatting with one of them. while i was in the parking lot those same tweakers were standing by a brown parked van. thought that was a little weird but then i saw that same manager come out, talk to the tweakers some more and then grabbed something out of her van and gave it to the tweakers. i may be young but i know when i’ve seen a drug deal. if the administration cares at all it was 6/26/23 at around 1:30 pm so you can easily check the cameras if you want. said manager wasn’t sly about it either and if she had simply greeted me when i came in i wouldn’t be snitching on her right now. also there was at least one other tweaker just hanging out inside, idk what the tweaker policy is but i would definitely feel unsafe eating there aloneKid-friendliness: i would never bring my kids here
