Burger 82 - Allen

We eat here or pick up food to eat at home at least once a week and it is our favorite burger place. Always perfectly cooked, hot, and correct! Plus, the prices are very reasonable. Be sure to try the fried pickles!

The burgers are pretty good, prices are pretty good, size of onion rings are huge. They have a huge selection of different things. The biggest issue is they don’t serve you at all but ask for a tip to cook the same food you should get. I get I could not tip , however then how’s my food going to be served? Spit , thrown on the floor? It does happens , so I decided to pay the highest tip possible. Still no service I think it’s becoming the norm to tip even though they don’t do anything to deserve it. If that’s the case I’ll go to a restaurant where I’m being served and they deserve the tip. The other thing is you don’t know if you get service or not until after you have to tip. Won’t be back no matter how good the food is if I have to tip to get the same food no service. I’m a business owner and I don’t leave reviews that are bad but tipping is out of line. My thoughts but it’s been an issue on 96.3 they had a segment on just tipping what’s acceptable and what is not. In this case it’s not.

Good burger! Was watching the Superbowl and decided to get a burger nearby. Burger 82 didn’t disappoint. I ordered the 82 Houseburger and it was huge and tasted pretty good. Price was decent. Will be back.
