Jimmy John's - Akron

Placed a catering order a day in advance to lunch at my work, since around 11:45 clock will be picked up the next day. the command was not ready, I called at 11:50 to let them know that we ran a few minutes later and was said to order should be ready until we are there. it seemed like they didn't even know they had a command for me until I called. I would like to give the advantage of the doubt, maybe there was a problem due to the order online? overall with the experience dissapointed. we only got it 12:30 a.m. and we're just 10 minutes away.

The lunchtime ordered several times from this place and they are always late. a friend ordered the delivery at 12:51 and she waits for her sandwich at 2:31. her location is 6 minutes away by car. incredible.

Very disturbed. 50 minutes for my delivery and when it was finally there. driver rolled windows and I melted nothing except maraijuana. I guess you can smoke and feed gras. that's probably the reason why it took so long for my fucking eating. I will never order from this place again. they are cold undertooks. that shouldn't take long. oh and manager weren't helpful at all. thanks jimmy johns. rant over.

I ordered at 11am on Oct 24, 2022. I gave 2 orders because one was for me the patient. The other was for my son, caregiver. They were supposed to be delivered together. But only one order was delivered to the Akron General hospital, 224 West Exchange St, Akron, Oh. What happened to the other order? As of 1:20pm the other order was never delivered!!! Why??? This is TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! I don't think they are dependable! The manager apologized on phone. But delivery girl never did.

Freaky slow delivery! 2 hours and 10 minutes to have delivery 1 mile down the road! 4th or 5th time ordering with this type of wait time with no call. Called for refund... told no. Will dispute with CC company and file with BBB for false advertisement.
