Midway Point - Addison

I’ve had to use this Care Now a couple times now and have always been impressed with their service and staff. Today was no different. Dr. Harris Lin was very thorough and took the time to talk to me and explain everything. Keep up the good work and excellent service.

Staff was friendly and the doctor I saw (can't remember her name) was nice, very communicative, and answered all my questions in a clear and open manner. Pricing wasn't bad, since my insurance hadn't kicked in with the new job yet, and they took my HSA card without issue. I didn't feel rushed or ignored, which happens a lot with these kinds of setups, but feel like I actually got care for what I needed.

Instead of waiting in the lobby wait at home. If your inpatient like me CareNow Urgent Care is for you. Don’t like filling out paper work or pulling out ID and insurance cards? Web check in is the way to go. I literally filled out everything online and selected the time was convenient for me. Shortly before the time you selected you’ll receive a phone call following up on why your coming in. In case you missed the call you’ll also receive a text msg. VERONICA, we're ready for you to come in please proceed to the registration desk at 12801 Midway Road Suite 503, Dallas, TX, 75244 6813 to finalize your registration. We'll see you soon! All I did upon arrival was checked in and pay my copay, vitals were taken and was then shortly seen. Dr.Lin was great answered all my questions. Don’t want to have to come back but if I do I’ll come back to see Dr.Lin and the staff at this CareNow.

Today I was a hot mess! I was so embarrassed because I didn’t feel my best. I haven’t been this sick in a long time and I do not like seeing the doctor. The nurses were fabulous and made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions and were not judgmental. They even have the option of Apple Pay. Everything was very clean. The visit was fast. They were not rough when testing me for Covid. Doctor Lin was great he gave me his recommendation and prescribed me medication. If I was to get sick again (hopefully not) I would come here to see Dr.Lin. Over all very happy with my visit. You all have a great team. Thank you all for being amazing medical professionals.

Overall a really good experience; I've been to plenty of urgent care facilities where the staff was sour top to bottom, but this was far better. The person at the desk and the nurse were great, and doctor Lin was awesome. He gave me so much insight on a few different health issues; even those outside of the cause for my visit. And on top of that, he was genuinely kind and attentive. Thank y'all so much.
