Matsuri is the best Far East restaurant in Hampton Bays. I always go for their Thai food selection, but I understand their sushi is also pretty good.

Found a hair in my food, my coworker is allergic to nuts she told them and twice they brought her food with nuts in it. Waited an hour to even get the food we ordered, but alas the wine was good

The owner is extremely welcoming and attentive. The food is consistently good and the menu has an array of options from all around Asia. My favorite dishes are the pad Thai and the Japanese steak with pepper sauce. The sushi is also very fresh and delicious.
