Rachel, the karaoke hostess is great. Nick and Chrystal are great bartenders. Mike, the owner, is a great guy and leads one of the best bars I've been anywhere. Just a great atmosphere, great prices, cold beer, really good food. You can't go wrong with this place.

Unfortunately, the host was very rude. she barely recognized us, simply asked how many were in our party and sat us. on the way out, she just sat there on the phone and didn't tell us anything. obviously she has to find another job because she does not understand the basic role of a hostess to welcome someone to a restaurant and to greet them politely and then to wish them a good day on the way out. and she was also not a young teenager, she was an older lot and should know better. it is a pretty embarrassing representation of applebee and who runs this facility should ensure that the host make their job. the host is the first impression when they go to a restaurant and that was a very poor first impression. there are many jobs out there if they don't want to be a host and want to practice basic courtesy.
