"When one is closer to the lake in Zug, the price goes up & the quality goes down..but here is a charming watering hole, with a successful Chinese restaurant for a dominant neighbour, but one of Zug's glorious fountains fronting an amazing & pretty triangular house right outside its front door!Inside is a dated & quirky interior with tired cake remnants in a sad cake frig to put you off ordering. Having said that, the coffee is excellent & the friendly, helpful service just what we had gone there for on a sunny Sunday afternoon---so we weren't disappointed. Two smooth & rich coffees for 9.5oCHF, table service with water in glasses & clean loos to boot ..we were more than satisfied."

"Was past a day and saw this bar. It is located directly on the main road of Baarerstrasse. I'm so glad I found it. There were two hosts. Ladies under the name of Grace and Marie. They served with a smile and made so... an effort to talk and their guests too big. Was really very nice to be treated as everyone was welcome there. It's a small smoker bar, but it wasn't too bad because they have good ventilation systems. The service is fast and they even let your own music choose and play. We'll go defiant there again. Worth my time. Especially with such beautiful people. The bar also has people of all ages so that you do not feel too young or too old to be there. Eating is also available and the two girls are so good fun."

"Gehe seit vielen Jahren regelmässig ins Nico's und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Wirklich der #1 Kebab in Town. Auch der Herr hinter der Theke, der ich auch schon persönlich kennen lernen durfte, ist sehr zuvorkommend und authentisch. "Nico's Kebab und ich heb' ab!""

"The pizza in this place was great. waiters were efficient and service fast!. Well, because there are boats coming form Zurich and various places on timetables. Our waiter English was marginal, but it didn't seem too mater! He was brilliant, like his massive black beard : Definitely worthy place in a tourist area."
