Restaurant bewertenThe driver told her we could try another meat than cattle, pigs and chickens. Apparently a local. We weren't brave, so we ordered three baby cows. A big mistake. I read an evaluation of others who comment that the meat was chewing or dry. We thought we were eating beef vinegar. My Colombian partner called the waiter and asked him to give us mediocre thinking that would be tasty. The waiter took our unleavened meat and brought us some medium-sized rare and rare steaks. We ate something, but it didn't cost better. We didn't feel happy or happy. If our driver drops there again, we will try to bring the meat plate in family style, pork, blood sausage, steak and etc. I saw others eat and that looked better.
Came for lunch and visited the Salt Cathedral. It has a cool mood that they will place you and flags of the country you represent.. Place is full of antiques that you can explore around while waiting for the meal. The meal itself is HUGE... we had the Truccha (dry) and it was a whole fish with its two fillets, head and tail. Came with traditional patacon and rice. I had the al la plancha style and it had no season, which is why I called the meals average, but the fresh itself was fresh!
