A neighborhood gem. Foods were fabulously creative, service relaxed and priced for your desired needs. Offering different options on portions great idea. Wine selection was regional . Go early to grab a seat at the bar or a table in dining room. Best foods so far on our holiday in northern Spain. Kinda has “The Bear” vibe……..Yes Chef

Not really downtown Zamora, and surrounded by other similar bars, the Portillo de la Traicion is a lovely place with a exquisite cuisine. We had the daily menu for 13,95€ that included an entree (see pics), a delicious main dish based on salmon, dessert and coffee. Great cooking team behind the stage and very friendly and helpful service. You can also eat outside in a small terrace that they have. I would book in advance though. Looking forward to come back.
