I recommend to try Sicilian or Sicilian pizza, typical regional dish conceived in etnea saffana. is a fried pizza, stuffed with different goats. the original is with anchovies and tuma (Sicilian cheese,) you can add olives. is the best restaurant to try this typical dish, as the fried is very dry and does not cover the flavors of the filling.
Gutes Restaurant mit bester Aussicht auf den Ätna und runter zur Küste. Es gibt gute sizilianische Küche und es schmeckt, der Service ist in Ordnung. Nur gibt es hier bloß „pizze siciliane“, das sind im Grunde frittierte Calzone, die schmecken auch gut, aber klassische Pizza gibt es hier eben nicht.

Sicilian really good! prices objectively altini. the Sicilian at pistachio costs 9 euros (plus 2 euros covered.)
