Visited through the DT Friday at 3p and the girl who worked the window was super nice, and the service was super fast. The burgers exceeded our expectations.

The food is good. But damn some employees are just hella rude. Like chick its your JOB to not be a condescending mean spirited asshat.

16th St store staff professional, responsive. Burgers are the best in the business. Prices are gettin' crazy everywhere. $8.50 for a double w/cheese. SMH

The food's kind of greasy, and I said a plain triple, to be honest it was really quiet here, like no one was communicating

Have the bacon wasnt on the sandwich and they were completely out of all the lemonade drinks that I paid extra for but I had to suffice with soda

Items were missing from the order. Ordered two 10 pieces Spicy nuggets received only one that was not spicy and the other was missing.

If this a large one I would hate the small one.. It tasted great but really was a small hamburger.
