Restaurant bewertenThe customer service was terrible! I got 3 sandwiches in which I confirmed with the cashier that she had 3 sandwiches and she said yes. When I picked up my order, there was only 2! I told the girl and she let me wait in the line important and pay and wait again! the other night a similar incident took place. I love sourdough and co and I had excellent service in roseville and I am disappointed that if I want to eat again here, I travel 45 minutes. yuba city customer service is terrible!
Had that for dinner on the way to home from a trip and had to comment, that was my first time tried. they gave us the wrong salads, but the girl let us keep them and made the right ones in a dirt. a type of ham salad, will save soon for lunch. friendly staff, they looked overwhelmed, but were fast to correct their mistakes. we were greeted directly at the door and the girl who took our order was sweet and patient and helped us choose the right meal. clean restaurant with large ambiente. would recommend them for locals, we wish one in stockton!
I never come back here as a door lock. I was looking for the order I could pick up. the cash register was not happy that I was a shipper and was rude for me. I asked what the estimated waiting time was. she said she had no idea. I think she might have had a few hard customers or a bad day. I wait 30 minutes and ask again what the waiting time is and she says they work on the order. in the meantime, every walk in the customer is served in a few minutes time. after 40 minutes the order is ready. I ask the same girl when tordash is made after any other ordering and she said yes, food delivery app orders are the last priority. so they may wait until the position closes when they have a steady walk in or call in customers. the Tordash customer was super annoyed with the restaurant and me as a driver. they made clear that they would not order from this restaurant again. as someone who comes with the family or gets it for work sessions in my office job, I will not come back to pick orders by door lock or as a customer. the girl I spoke to three different paintings had no reason to be rude or confrontational. I have not addressed my voice, they confront or say that everything I feel would affect their reactions. When I left, she followed me to the door and kept saying that it wasn't her fault. if this is the owner or manager rule, it is not her fault. but when I asked them twice, instead of saying that they work on him honestly and say, door bag is the last job they do, and I could wait there for more than the 40 minutes I was there. I also think it's rough that she fixes her hair and the phone with the same gloves she touched the food. all about a terrible experience I won't live again.
I can't wait to go back. I had the French dip and fired roasted sweet soup and I have eaten it ever!
1st time, had the fire roasted veggies soup good but wanted potato soup, they let you try the soups which is 5 , great customer service they really take care of you, thank you Soutdough Co. ?
