Wendy's - Yorktown

It will be nice to have a sandwich like the picture it will be nice to have nuggets not warmed up in the microwave it will be nice to have medium fries not like a kids meal fries

The service is basically non existent. You have to order via a kiosk. One of which was broken. The girl behind the counter never even spoke to us even though we were polite and spoke to her.

The service was fast and friendly. It was a little challenging to hear the cashier over the drive thru speaker. The food was hot and tasty. The fries were salted! ???? The sandwich was put together with some care, nothing sloppy about it.

The fries wasn't quite as fresh as they advertised but still good and everything was freshly cooked. No menu board inside but I knew what I was getting so no problem on my part.

I usually do not eat fast food, but I did today do to being crunched with time. I stopped by Wendy's around 1245pm. The young lady who took my order through the drive through was so professional and kind. When I pulled up to the window she had a smile onher face. I was pleased with her customer service skills. Food was fresh and hot. Very pleased with this Wendy's.
