Restaurant bewertenToday, my daughter and her family were denied service at this restaurant simply because they questioned the long wait time without being served. Despite others being attended to around them, they were asked to leave. It is disappointing to see such poor customer service in a competitive industry like the restaurant business. Managers should handle complaints professionally and not escalate the situation like this manager did. I saw a family of color being treated poorly this morning at this restaurant. On Father's Day, no less. The service we received was just okay, likely because they seemed understaffed. The food was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place.
The breakfast was enjoyable, however, the service was severely lacking. It appeared that no one was in a rush or concerned about attending to their tables.

I witnessed a waitress neglecting to serve a family of color, leaving them waiting for their drinks without any explanation. Despite their patience, the manager accused them of harassing the waitress and forced them to leave. It was shocking and disheartening to see such blatant discrimination. What was even more upsetting was that other guests felt the need to apologize to the family for their mistreatment.
