Great food and tasty treats! I often get coffee and soup or a salad for lunch and everything is always delicious. I've had a few different types of soups they make, and they never disappoint. Their pastries filled with mushroom or cheese are also incredible. Plus the staff is always kind and welcoming!

Soul Provisions is the happiest place in the hood. Yes, the popsicles are outstanding, the soup nourishing, the empanadas, babka etc. delicious but the best part is that this place truly runs on heart. It shows in the customer service, cheerful decor, live music, fresh ideas, charitable acts and overall positivity. It?s fun, yummy, cheeky, and simply delightful.

I?ve sent their care packages to people several times for different reasons- loved ones being sick or just having a new baby. It?s such a nice way to support your loved ones. While I haven?t yet tried the soups and food, everyone I?ve sent it to has said it was comforting and delicious. Such a great idea! They also include the option of a card and they wrote my messages so nicely :

Come on guys, a bit of an embarrassment to call that chicken soup. You boiled water threw chicken and carrots in with absolutely not 1 dash of seasoning or even salt and pepper. Was not comforting feeling of soup at all. Sorry it?s definitely a no from me.
