Really fast and professional service, Sami was really polite at the till. The food was freshly made to order and the service was quick. There are some vegetarian options too. Reasonably priced items. I'd recommend this place.

Covids been tough on the outlet as everywhere else with supply and staff issues but throughout the staff have remained polite and professional. Nice clean restaurant with a good loyalty program. The drive through remains closed but normality seems to be returning slowly.

My first experience of Taco Bell and it was amazing. The service was great, even during a pandemic. The staff were friendly however as a new person they didn't really advise what happened after I ordered. But I took my seat and was called to collect my food. And my god it was brilliant. Loved trying the new things. Went for a meal with my friend and definitely lovely. Will go back to Taco Bell again if this is the quality. Really well done.

Me and my party order our food on the Tacobell app. We arrive at the location 10 minutes later and pull into the drive threw. The lady informs us they are out of the ground beef and asks us if we would like to cancel our $60 order. We look at each other and realize, no one in the car ordered anything with beef... we tell her and she says ok. 15 minutes later we get our food and none of the items are marked. 3 of us ordered 2 of their double steak grilled cheese burritos but all slightly diffrent, add onions when I'm the only one who likes onions ect. And nothing to differentiate them. The only reason I'm not leaving a one star is because the food was still tasty, but service was horrible.

Worst service ever I repeated my order like 4 times. It took them a while to get everything right at the end the worker literally mocked me. When I went to pay the first worker was nice the second that came to help which I believe was a manager was rude and body shamed me. I know I’m on the heavy side but no one should ever disrespect a customer depending on how they look. Never going to this Taco Bell again.
