Mcdonald's - York

I don't like going to McDonald's, because everytime that my wife and I go to McDonald's they always get my wife order wrong. And the last time that my wife and I went, I went to the counter 3 times to get the order right. And the 3rd time I went up there, the lady told me that they will bring it to me. And never did, until my wife went up to get it. I don't know how McDonald's can stay in business and get people order wrong, and still have a job. Someone please explain that to me?

Server was rude and nasty, she had attitude and wasn't very nice. Didn't even let us order and made everyone wait more then 20 mins for food.

This mcdonalds is superb, just the way it's run. The freshness of the food, quickness of the order. Using the mcdonalds app while sitting 4 Cars back. From order speaker too getting my food it was legit like 2-4 minutes. And the fries were crisp, burger was on point, and the people were accommodating.

Crew was extremely pleasant and was not at all corners by my special requests. Which was very refreshing! It's hard to find good fat foods service these days. Q was especially helpful and great at his job! The kitchen worked brought out my food and suggested I becareful because my fries were just made and very hot. I thought that was sweet and was super excited they were fresh! Thank you McDonald's crew at THIS location!

Last time I was there, I ordered a large sweet tea and while still in the drive thru, tasted my drink and it was unsweet, so I told the girl at the window,it wasn't sweet tea and she handed me another one and when I drove off and tasted it,it was unsweet too. Stopped at Rutters to get sugar packets to make it sweet and when I got home, I added more sugar bcz it still wasn't sweet enough.???
