Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - York

We hadn't been here for a few years, so we thought we'd give it a try again. I had the white fish with rice, sweet carrots and buttered corn off the cob. The veggies and rice were fine and hot. The fish I don’t believe was real fresh, probably frozenand thawed and then grilled, but it was hot. It was a bit tough. My husband had chicken fingers, fries and cole slaw. His frieswere luke warm with some being cold. The chicken was okay. Cole slaw was bland, but he liked it. The waitress was fine exceptshe didn't come back to see if we wanted refills on our water. She did get us extra napkins and lemon for my fish upon request.We'll probably go elsewhere next time we go out.

Didn't know was a chain restaurant. I try to avoid chains. The good was ok. The service was good. Or easiest was very attentive and offered refills without or asking.

Food was excellent and large portions. Our server was attentive and friendly. This was our first visit to a Cheddar's but won't be the last

My first time at Cheddars and it was a good time. I got the Ribs with Coconut Shrimp, southern green beans and red beans and rice. My wife got the Monte Cristo. The food was great and the portions are large. Service was also great. We drove up fromMaryland to come to this location. It was well worth the drive and we will be back.

Best part of the meal was the appetizers. I got the ribeye and half of it was fat and grisly. (See pic). Tables sat dirty after customers left.floors were not swept either. Waitress was very good. It took me 10+ years to try this a 2nd time. Won’t be a3rd!!
