Spent 21 minutes in the drive thru Today after lunch rush time to get home to find part of my order was missing. I called back to resolve the issue and was told to stop by in the next 30 days to get it replaced. No offer of a refund today? No offer to remake it today? No offer to door dash it to me? I mean, I did my part. I ordered correctly, I paid, I waited. So I?ve paid for something I didn?t get. That?s theft. I mean, is it customary to charge people for things you didn?t receive?

Waffle Fries were hot and fresh! Lightly salted which I appreciated. My Chick fil A sandwich was great tasting. The only complaint I had was the pickle rinds were a bit tough not enough to lower my rating though. The brownie was spot on sweet soft, with chocolate chunks throughout

The food is always delicious, warm and appealing. I love their drive thru as you?re very well treated in terms of your time, fast check out and delivery, their employees are running payments and delivering food. As a Token of comfort in the fall weather, they have attached to the ceiling in drive thru a large outdoor heater. Wow.

A long line at drive thru, but in Chick-fil-A fashion, it moved quick! Customer service was good? as well as my Spicy chicken sandwich.
