Din Tai Fung鼎泰豐 101店

I was quite skeptical before going there because I had already tried this very popular restaurant in Beijing last year and it didn't really convince me. Plus, I had the impression that their popularity was mainly due to the crowd because it's always packed (with tourists) and there's always a long line. But I still wanted to check it out for myself and I can say that I wasn't disappointed. The steamed dumplings were very good, much better than the ones I had in Beijing. In the end, I wasn't disappointed to have waited in line, which wasn't as long as I expected, because we were able to make our choice while waiting. A good spot to visit in Taipei.

I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant. Despite the long wait in line, the dinner was truly delicious.

The taste is good, the service is good, the texture of the food is international, the price is small and expensive, and it is worth it. They usually wait about an hour.

Really a Taiwanese restaurant. some people say it is touristic and mainstream, but definitiw from good reason. their prices are really reasonable for the dining room and the suppenknödel are so delicious. I also love the whole variety, especially their vegetarian options. there are here in the regular a quite long line, regardless of when they go, but they have a really good system so they never wait for too long. Note: visited before covid
