Got a family meal and didn't get my rolls. I call and they said they would refund me and didn't do it.

Fast food in 2024 what do you expect. All fast food charge as much as restaurants and don’t even staff the place. The ice dispenser was empty and no tea in the lobby. Only one person working counter and cooking. Took 10 minutes to even take my order. No ac. No employees high prices. Sounds like a cash grab to me the franchise owner should be ashamed

I usually enjoy ordering from here however my last visit was not so great. Chicken tenders were decent but the fries were old and soggy, gravy was thick and cold, and the yeast roll was crusty

I used to work at at a Golden Chick in Fort Worth TX in 2020 and this is so nice and friendly. I don’t have money for food but since I am a former employee they cover my 3 tender combo it’s so good!Parking: It was easy to find parking

Arrived at 12:30 PM and had to wait for chicken to be cooked. I was asked to pull around front to wait. Chicken was good once I got it.
