Town Pizza - Wrentham

The service at this restaurant is absolutely awful. They completely botched our order and when we called to get it fixed, they tried to charge us for both the incorrect order and the replacement. They also wanted to tack on multiple delivery charges to rectify their mistake. To make matters worse, the quality of the food they did deliver was subpar. If you're looking to get back at an enemy, just send them a pizza from this place.

The person who works the phone has a *very* thick accent, and is very hard to understand over their phone. Make extra sure that your order is correct because if there is any mix-up they will just say I read the order back to you . Ultimately I didn 't end up paying for the food I didn 't order (luckily since it was delivery and I was planning to pay cash), but they also refused to sell me the food that I *did* order. For this reason I also don 't recommend paying at this place until you verify that your order is correct. Because I have no doubt they would have kept my money and stuck me with the extra sandwiches if I had paid by card. I think it was an honest mistake, but the owner was still unwilling to work out any kind of amicable remedy to the problem. So middling score, wouldn 't go back again even if they would sell me stuff in the future.

The staff was impolite and the dining area was unclean. The food was terrible, and they got our order wrong two times! This pizza place is truly revolting.

Extremely rude person at the register. I went in to try to get two slices they only had one. I was ok with that. Then hes like “cash” i stated i only have a card. He then states “you better add 7 more dollars.” How about you learn how to talk to people. Thats why your establishment is empty in the middle of the day. Rude people
