Worcester Beer Garden

We had a reservation made and we were seated inside, however we wanted to be outside, we asked the man in the front to check for seating for us outside, he came back inside and forgot to even tell us so we re asked him and he said no, he also seemed like he was on something acting very strange. So we were seated inside by the bar at a table. All I have to say is the one bartender you have helping the inside bar should not be the only person taking the orders for all the other tables inside. It took her about 20 minutes to finally be able to come over to us to ask us what we wanted to order, I felt terrible for her. Meanwhile there were so many other staff members just standing around not asking if we needed help. The place just felt very unorganized. I also got an espresso martini and it was horrible, basically all vodka. I have been here before and had a nice experience but this time it was the complete opposite. The food was at least good.

Great food but terrible service. Ignored by waitress and had to keep going to bar. At one point waitress made a passive aggressive comment that if we needed anything to flag her down or we could obviously go to the bar. Ordered food and only 2 out of 3 meals came out, after about 15 mins waitress came over to check on us and when we said we were missing a meal she walked away and the manager came over and told us they were out and it shouldn’t have been allowed to be ordered. Waitress never acknowledged her mistake, manager comped 3rd meal but by the time it got to the table the other 2 people were done. Food tasted good, menu is good and lots of cool drinks. Great atmosphere with big TVs, loud music, and outdoor and indoor seating. Will definitely go back but hopefully sitting in a different waitress section.

Love the atmosphere, food and drink options. Waiter needed some prompting, but support staff were wonderful at assisting to fill in the gaps. The chili cheese fries were amazing!
