Maddi's Cookery - Worcester

My wife and I went to Maddi 's last night to celebrate her Birthday. We were beyond impressed. The menu and atmosphere are both casual and upscale at the same time, as if that 's possible! The decor and physical space have an inviting, cool and comforting industrial revival feel. It 's a tastefully understated gentrification effort, and it works. Most importantly, the food and drinks were amazing! Our server, Brandon, was outstanding at explaining the menu and made us incredible sangrai and my first ever gin drink called a summer Collins, yum. He was as polite and attentive as he was knowledgeable. Thank you for helping make Deb 's birthday dinner special! We shared a starter called tuna crudo, home run! My entree was amazing shrimp taco with perfect fries. My wife had a dish they simply call, 'that rice bowl '. You have to see it to believe it. It 's a bowl full of superfoods that I 'll no doubt get again! In short, this place is a gem and a welcome addition to the rejuvenation of Worcester, and the canal district specifically. Just go!

Great menu! There were lots of unique choices. Our party of four absolutely loved everything we ordered! Great beer selection too. They may be a bit understaffed though... I highly recommend!

My fiance and I came here for the first time last Saturday. We came back this Saturday, and we have decided to make this our new Saturday lunch spot. We are excited to keep coming back to try something new. The flavors in all the dishes are phenomenal. They offer such unique/creative dishes, as well as a large selection of drinks/beer, and a relaxed/comfortable environment. We are so happy to have found this hidden gem! We love Maddi's!

No BS, this chicken sandwich was the truth. Amazing sandwich

Been here a couple times and they have a great Nashville hot chicken sandwich haven't had an authentic one but seems right on. Hand cut fries are always good too and a pretty big beer selection. A while back I had a quinoa bowl with some other stuff and I remember being happy as well with their healthier selections
