Restaurant bewertenIgnored again.stood there for 10 minutes. somebody comes in after me and got looked after right away. so here I am at a&w where i got served right away. and very politely i might add.
My wife and I take our 2 grandkids out to a fast food restaurant each Friday. We have been to all the fast food restaurants in Woodstock Ontario and all been great except Burger King. We tried Burger King before and were dissatisfied with the slow and the disorganized service. But we let the grandkids pick the restaurant each week and they wanted to go to BK so we decided to give them another try. BIG MISTAKE! I placed our order using their mobile app for pickup/dine in at 4:40 pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 4:38 pm and our order and name were posted on the display. It then moved to the Now Serving display, all good. Then the Now Serving display updated, our wasn 't there so we figured our food was ready and our would be called. We waited approximately 10 minutes and during that time people behind us were being served. I went to the front counter and waited 5 minutes before I was asked if I could be helped. I asked about our order being 15 minutes late and why people with higher s were being served before us. I was told they had an equipment problem and our order would be ready shortly. That doesn 't explain why other people were getting their order and we weren 't. Waited some more and my wife asked them again about our order and she said I just came on shift and she didn 't know what was happening with our order. There were lots of people getting the wrong food in their order and complaining about the wait time while we were waiting for ours. Their standard answer was I just came on shift . To make a long story short after a 35 minute wait from our scheduled pickup time we finally got our food. But wait there 's more. When our trays were passed out there were no glasses for the 4 drinks we had ordered, so we had to ask for them. Also, had to ask for ketchup as their dispenser was empty. When we were passed our order we got no apologies for it being so late, she just said at least your food is hot . Took order to table, opened bags and discovered we didn 't have the 3 sauces we ordered. Back to the front counter for another wait, requested the sauce and then they had trouble finding it. Finally 45 minutes after our pickup time we finally got to eat. As you can imagine by that time our grandkids were upset and hungry as were we. Thanks Burger King for spoiling our weekly outing with our grandkids. All the other restaurants we went to were enjoyable experiences. You guys should learn how to run a restaurant from them. We will definitely not be returning to this restaurant again after having 2 negative experiences and definitely do not recommend it.
20 (Twenty! minutes stuck in the drive thru waiting for our order. It was not busy there was a SINGLE car ahead of us, who was waiting 5 mins at the speaker to even place his own order, then another 15 at the window as well.Worker didn't bother to apologize for the wait.And our burgers were not made correctly.Will make sure we skip this location next time.
My son and I went there to eat on sat Nov 18 2023 they were backed up and they one guy was walking away and on his phone then he won’t take his hat off and play with his hair on a food tray they would walk over to the fry’s and start fill them up with the hands he didn’t wash at all. My burger was ice cold cheese wasn’t even melted at all. Place was dirty not clean at all next time I will go to the one in tillsonburg a lot more cleaner and the food is nice and hot!!!!!
Not a good place to go and eat with your family who work and cook your food don’t clean around properly and the food we received was cold ish warm.
