Hook Burger - Woodland Hills

The burger was tasty, and the fries were excellent. However, the coleslaw was quite disappointing—it tasted just like shredded cabbage, lacking any flavor and very dry. On the bright side, the service was good!

I recently picked up three sandwiches from the restaurant, but I had to return one of them because it had mold on the bread. The slogan of Hook Burger claims to offer "fresh bread daily," but my experience suggests otherwise. As a long-time customer, I don’t think I can return to this place anymore.

The burgers are tasty, but they didn't impress me. Personally, I prefer a thin patty that fits the size of the bun. These burgers have a 5oz patty, but since it’s a bit thick, the bun overpowers it, making the patty appear smaller and creating a bit too much bread. The brioche bun is nice, and the cheese is great too. The Maui burger comes with a slice of pineapple, which is good, but I think it's a bit too thin. The ambiance is really nice, and the service is good as well.

Came here for the first time and the burger was delicious! I ordered the traditional Hook Burger and fries. The meat was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Excellent customer service. They were very nice and engaged in conversation. I'll definitelyreturn.

I always enjoy the Veggie Burger, especially when I substitute goat cheese and add extra sprouts and tomatoes. I had it for my birthday dinner, and it was delicious!
