Restaurant bewertenAbsolutely disappointed with the service. We went for a wine tasting on Tuesday afternoon with a friends visiting from Europe. At the bat they told us to pick a table and someone will be with us shortly, 40 min later we were still waiting. We called the lady going around two times before she actually brought the menu. We waited another 20 min to order. The first glasses were delivered without explaining which wine it is. No water was served, we asked twice, then Jen explained to us that there is filtered water on the side we can serve ourselves. The last 3 glasses we served all together with confusing explanations. Jen, the lady taking care of us started explaining how busy they were and she is sorry that she forgot about us..... They were not busy at all, a total of 6 tables with us. At the end they gave us 2 free wine tastings for the inconvenience, that was nice but absolutely not the experience we were looking for. Very inconsistent and chaotic service. Deeply disappointed.
Incredible experience! Such a beautiful atmosphere with outdoor, indoor, patio seating- decorated so beautifully, and even going the extra mile on a Monday to have beautiful fresh cut florals on the tables ! Louise was our wine connoisseur and we loved her! She was so knowledgeable and personable- we became members we loved it so much. Excited to come back and bring friends every time!
This is a beautiful venue with a nice indoor and outdoor area. Wine is alright. Easy to park.
Fantastic service, great wine and details of how the wine was created. As we were leaving though, we walked around the grounds and were told by an older male employee that we “need to leave the property” since they were closing. It seemed very abrupt and sort of ruined the experience. I’m sure there was a different approach that could’ve been communicated.
Great place to celebrate with a diverse selection of wines. Good location. Staff is friendly. They can seat a max of 10 people. You can bring your own food. P.S Jaine winery is now part of Mathews
