Wild Horse Saloon - Wisconsin Rapids

Very bad experience, poor service from the staff, treated very bad, like racist bad!! Found a long piece of blonde hair in my food, then couldn't get a refund or even a new order!! It's like they did everything they could to make my family feel notwanted there! Then the worst part about it is, I accidentally left my phone there , after we got back home, which was 2 1/2hours away , I looked everywhere for my phone for couple days and couldn't find it . The only place it could be was at thisrestaurant , so I called and they confirmed that they had found the phone. I asked if they could possibly mail it to me since Ilived so far away, which he said he would do. So I gave him the address to mail it to and never received it. It's probably been3 weeks going on almost a month since we've been there and I just tried to call to see what was going on with the phone and whyI haven't received it yet, they wouldn't answer the damn phone, well they did a few times but hung the phone up right away.???????????? Never going back to that place. Most awful experience ever. And the staff definitely need training in customerservice, or just quit being racist to certain people !!

We always have a fantastic time at the Wild Horse Saloon. Whether we're there for volleyball, dinner, or a special event in their banquet area, we consistently enjoy ourselves and appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommended!

I really love the wings here! Unfortunately, the pizza was disappointing; the crust was burnt and the center was tough to cut through. I even saw another couple struggling with their pizza as well. But as I mentioned, I really do enjoy the wings!

Wednesday night volleyball at Wild Horse has been a tradition for five years. With eight courts, fantastic teams, and genuinely great people, it’s always a good time. They offer excellent specials, and the staff handles the large crowd with ease. I absolutely love it here!
