Eastham Ferry - WIRRAL

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant today. The highlight of my visit was the excellent staff and service. The ladies and the young man who was clearing tables were all very friendly and attentive. They helped us with menu suggestions and took our orders efficiently. There was a minor issue with the bill, but it was quickly resolved without any hassle, showing their great customer service. The food was delicious, generous portions, and well-priced. Our children had a blast in the play area and enjoyed their meals and drinks. It was a great way to end our summer holidays with the kids. I highly recommend trying the wings and ribs, as well as the tasty breakfast options. The toast, bacon, and brownies were all hits with the kids. Thank you to the wonderful team at the restaurant!

After we finished eating, the waitress approached us an hour and twenty minutes later and informed us that we had only paid for one pizza. She demanded payment for the other pizza, which I believed I had already paid for. I explained the situation, mentioning that they must have given us someone else's pizza by mistake. The waitress apologized but insisted that we pay for the pepperoni pizza. I clarified that it was actually a plain pizza. When I spoke to other staff members about the issue, they were rude and explained that all pizzas cost the same regardless of toppings. Despite my confusion and inability to confirm my order without a receipt, they very rudely demanded payment for the additional pizza. I expressed my frustration and stated that I would not return to the restaurant. Their response was dismissive, essentially telling me to do as I pleased. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially considering the disrespectful manner in which I was spoken to. While I had no problem paying for their mistake, the way I was treated was unacceptable.

I had a fantastic evening at the Eastham Ferry Pub. The food, including the Vegan Chicken Burger and Fish Chips, was excellent and served quickly, hot, and just as I had requested. The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made sure that everything was perfect and made our evening thoroughly enjoyable. I can't thank them enough for their wonderful service.

Visited the Eastham Ferry pub yesterday just after 12 noon. Ordered three adult meals and two child meals. The food was delivered incredibly quickly and was really fresh, as well as being good portion sizes and reasonably priced. I liked the fact that there is an indoor and outdoor menu (we ordered the outdoor). Really good service, lovely staff.

Attempted to dine here this for the second time in a week. Had a poor experience last week after being served a curry dish that would have made a Korma dish taste like vindaloo, it was so bland? However, after tonight 's experience, we don 't think we will bother again? We called on Tuesday 9th August early evening, only to be turned away, as they had run out of food??? Little wonder that 'The Tap ' which is right next door is booming these days.
