Mcdonald's - Winston-Salem

This McDonald's location is the best in town, and Octavia always greets you with a smile!

I recently enjoyed two sausage biscuits and a large iced coffee for a total of $3.73, including tax. It brought me back to the feeling of being in Central Florida in 1992.

This restaurant was very busy! It appeared that a young woman with long hair was managing the drive-thru window and taking orders simultaneously. Despite being under a lot of pressure, she successfully delivered our order accurately and quickly in a pleasant manner. I give credit to this young woman, as she handled everything exceptionally well despite the challenging circumstances. Thanks to her efforts, the restaurant earned a 5-star review from me, even though I initially thought it deserved a 3 or 4-star rating.

They always scare something... one day they gave me a frozen apple fritter, then today they gave spoiled milk into my coffee... as really! His 2021 make it better!

The McDonald's on Main St in Kernersville is the best I've ever been. You can say the employees work well together by the quality of the standard menu and their respect to each other?
