Bojangles - Winston-Salem

Unbelievable. Left my one job with just a little time to spare before my second job, had not eaten all day, stopped into drive through at this location to get some food. The person said ?hold on one moment please?, I said fine. Two minutes go by, and then they say ?you gotta come in to order? So I figure; I still have ten minutes, the 2nd job is only 3 minutes away so it could still work. Me and one other person were waiting to order, and no one even acknowledged us. The workers shuffled around, slowly getting another customer?s order completed. Several minutes go by, of course I didn?t want to jump in front of the other person but they hadn?t even started to acknowledge us. I tried to get someone?s attention, saying ?I need to be clocked in at work in 6 minutes?? and they didn?t even acknowledge. At that point, I couldn?t wait any longer or be late, so I had to leave and work my second shift of the day on an empty stomach. I could have stopped in at another fast food place, but I made the mistake of choosing this one. Unacceptable

The chicken was delicious. The mashed potatoes I received were good, but would have been better if they had the gravy that normally comes with it. They were out of soda and coleslaw. I will skip this restaurant and try another one next time.

Can't get anyone to respond at the drive through. Worst health code rating in the city. Employees have attitudes.

I placed an online order for pickup at 12:32 pm. I arrived around 12:35 pm and they hadn't even started preparing it. They were completely out of coleslaw and did not have enough chicken to fulfill my 20 piece meal. They were unhelpful in cancelling the order and did not offer any solutions. I will not be coming back to this location.

It takes a lot for me to leave 1 star. If you ever want to see a group of people who hate their job though, stop by this store. I walked in to place a larger order for our office and I expected to wait, I was not expecting to not be acknowledged and to hear a large amount of disgruntled employee banter. It Took a minute and someone had to point at me for someone to take my order. The receipt printer didn?t work and you would have thought I personally offended one of the employees asking for it. The lady who ended up helping told her coworker ?I?m not doing that for you all day??. The machine malfunctioned? it was a weird thing to say as if she purposely didn?t print the receipt. The store itself ?looks nice? but when you start looking closer it kept getting more gross. Then of course there is the 83 sanitation rating that I didn?t see until after I ordered. The employees were also complaining about the GM when an employee who was obviously sick came in the front door. I?m thankful that she was not in the back prepping food at the time. Won?t be back for a long time? very disappointing.
