Bojangles - Winston-Salem

The portion size at this restaurant is not sufficient considering the price. They charged me $11 for sausages on a breakfast plate. Additionally, some customers prefer darker cookies over undercooked bread and lumpy gravy.

I ordered a 2-piece and 3-piece dinner and asked for fresh meals. The server informed me that it would take about 10 minutes for the orders to be ready. When I received my meals, I inquired about the temperature of the cookies. Unfortunately, when I arrived home and opened the meals, both chicken biscuits were cold and hard. Dissatisfied with the quality of the food, I called the restaurant to express my frustration, even though it was 30 minutes before closing time at 9:30. I am requesting a refund of $16.03 for the wasted meals.

I went yesterday and the chicken pieces were small, it looked like chicken was fried in old grease, and the cashier didn't hand my debit card back to me correctly and it fell in some yucky stuff on the ground. She didn't say sorry or nothing, didn't offer me sanitizer or extra napkins...nothing. Here lately it's customer service has been bad and food not as great as it use to be.

We enjoyed some tasty cookies at the restaurant, but I felt bad using a voucher while others were waiting in line. My cookie was absolutely delicious. I will always have a soft spot for this place. I can't wait for the weather to get warmer so I can work off all the food I've eaten this winter. Just like bears, I seem to have packed on some extra layers for warmth. Thankfully, my friend paid for lunch in Boone, which made for a wonderful day.

It was good. I asked for a light cookie and I got a cookie that was more Brown than what I prefer, but it was still a good egg and cheese biscuits. It could have been worse... Count your blessings!
